Bu koşullar, Furkan Can ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen Kuzu Postu oyununun ("Oyun") kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek ya da oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen Oyunu kullanma.

1. Kullanım izni

Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, uygulama mağazasının kurallarına uygun şekilde oynaman için sana devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir izin veriyoruz. Oyunun kodunu, çizimlerini ya da seslerini kopyalamak, değiştirmek, satmak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak yasaktır.

2. Davranış kuralları

Kuzu Postu arkadaşlarla oynanan bir parti oyunudur. Oynarken:

Başka oyunculara hakaret etme, taciz etme, tehdit etme ya da nefret söylemi kullanma;
Uygunsuz, müstehcen ya da başkasının kişisel bilgilerini içeren takma ad veya mesaj kullanma;
Hile, otomatik araç, değiştirilmiş istemci kullanma ya da oyunun açıklarından yararlanma;
Sunuculara veya diğer oyuncuların bağlantısına zarar verecek davranışlarda bulunma.

Oda sahipleri kural dışı davranan oyuncuları odadan çıkarabilir, herkes istediği oyuncuyu susturabilir. Uygunsuz içeriği oyundaki "Bildir" seçeneğiyle ya da aşağıdaki e-posta adresiyle bize bildirebilirsin.

3. Oyuncu içeriği

Takma adın ve sohbet mesajların yalnızca oyun sırasında diğer oyunculara gösterilir ve saklanmaz. Yazdıklarından sen sorumlusun. Uygunsuz içerik otomatik filtrelerle gizlenebilir.

4. Oyun içi para ("yün") ve görünümler

Oynayarak kazandığın yün ve onunla açtığın görünümler yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılır, gerçek bir değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve devredilemez. Bu veriler cihazında saklanır; Oyunu silersen ya da cihaz değiştirirsen kaybolabilir. Oyun dengesi için yün miktarlarını ve fiyatları değiştirebiliriz.

5. Hizmetin sürekliliği

Çevrimiçi oyun üçüncü taraf altyapısı (Unity Gaming Services) üzerinden çalışır. Oyunun kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz; Oyunu güncelleyebilir, özelliklerini değiştirebilir ya da yayından kaldırabiliriz.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, tüketici olarak kanundan doğan haklarını kısıtlamaz.

7. Gizlilik

Verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

8. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hâli bu sayfada yayınlanır. Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These terms govern your use of Kuzu Postu ("the Game"), developed by Furkan Can ("we"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer the Game's code, artwork or sounds.

2. Code of conduct

Kuzu Postu is a party game meant to be played with friends. While playing, do not:

insult, harass or threaten other players, or use hate speech;
use nicknames or messages that are inappropriate, sexual or contain someone else's personal information;
cheat, use automation or modified clients, or exploit bugs;
disrupt the servers or other players' connections.

Room hosts can remove players who break the rules, and anyone can mute any player. You can report inappropriate content with the in-game "Report" option or by emailing us at the address below.

3. Player content

Your nickname and chat messages are shown to other players only during a match and are not stored. You are responsible for what you write. Inappropriate content may be hidden by automatic filters.

4. In-game currency ("wool") and cosmetics

Wool earned by playing and the cosmetics you unlock with it can only be used in the Game, have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. This data is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change devices. We may adjust wool amounts and prices for game balance.

5. Availability

Online play runs on third-party infrastructure (Unity Gaming Services). We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may update, change or discontinue the Game.

6. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Game. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law.

7. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
